Lisa Crook: YMCA Nursery Manager
The nursery manager is mainly responsible for the day to day running of our 51 place day nursery and also responsible for managing 15 staff, providing them with support and guidance.
The nursery manager also has a role to lead the staff team and abide by the OFSTED welfare requirements.
The nursery manager also ensures that all children who come into our nursery are given the best care possible from our practitioners.
Ellen Crowley: Deputy Nursery Manager
The role of the deputy Manager is to support the nursery manager in the day to day running of the setting.
The deputy manager is also the lead PPEL officer and help support all rooms with planning and assessment.
Another duty is to ensure the OFSTED welfare requirements are abided by at all times and work sided by side with the manager to lead the staff team.
Gemma Farley: 3-5 year Room Leader
As 3-5 room leader the main responsibility is to overseeing the pre-school room including the practitioners within it.
The room leader also ensures that all children are cared for and the environment provided is stimulating.
Another responsibility is to make sure the EYFS is followed and implemented.
Samantha Turton : 2-3 year Room Leader
As 2-3 room leader the main responsibility is to oversee the room including the practitioners within it.The room leader also ensures that all children are cared for and the environment provided is stimulating

Ruth Pearson: 0-2 year Room Leader
As 0-2 room leader the main role is to oversee the room including the practitioners within it.

The nursery practitioners' main responsibility is to provide an educational and stimulating environment.
The team ensure that all of the children's individual needs are catered for and also liaise with parents/carers to provide the best care possible for the children at our setting.
